Wafaa'a Tulbah Clinics
Jul 24, 2025
Dr. Wafa'a Tulbah Clinics is a medical centre in Medina, Saudi Arabia, offering dental, dermatology and laser care. I built their site as a full platform, not a brochure. Patients read about treatments, book appointments, shop skincare and see their history, and staff run everything from a dashboard. It's all in English, French and Arabic.
A calm first impression
The home page opens on photos of the clinic fading into each other, the first one easing in from a slight zoom. Sections rise into place as you scroll. Cards that arrive together are grouped with GSAP's ScrollTrigger.batch so a row comes up as one instead of card by card, and the direction flips for Arabic. Lenis keeps the scroll smooth.

Three languages, one site
Every page exists in English, French and Arabic. Arabic flips the layout to right to left, down to the direction of swipe gestures. A treatment has a different address in each language, so switching language looks up the right one and keeps you on the same treatment.

Treatments the clinic can edit
Specialities and services live in Supabase with a translation for each language, and the navigation is built from the same data. The clinic can add a treatment and it shows up in the menu, no code change needed.

Accounts, booking and shop
Patients sign in with Google or Facebook, book times, and shop products with a cart that survives a reload. Their bookings and orders show up on their own dashboard.
Sign in runs on Clerk, and the Clerk token is passed to Supabase with every request, so the database itself checks who's asking. Slots are calculated in Saudi time no matter what the visitor's clock says, and refresh every 10 seconds so two patients rarely grab the same one.

A dashboard for the front desk
Staff see the day's bookings, revenue and new patients at a glance. They manage services, products and admins through forms that won't save until all three languages are filled in, so a page never goes live half translated.
